Maintenance Technician - Nights

** Pay:
** Starting at $31.51/hr. with wage progression every 6 months for 2 years
** Bonus:
** Potential to earn a 5% bonus based on the overall performance of the plant!

* Shifts:

** 2/2/3 schedule with every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!
* Night Shift – 6:30pm to 7am
** Job Responsibilities
*** Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and plant utility equipment
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
* Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operations
* Install, relocate, and modify equipment including electrical, gas, water, and air hookups
* Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
* Fabricate and repair tools, fixtures, and guards as needed using shop equipment (lathe, mill, welder, grinder, etc.)
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts, and work orders
* Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including LOTO and PPE use
** Qualifications
* ** Minimum 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Mechanical and electrical repair knowledge.
* Working experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical (480v), and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing.
* Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
* PLC troubleshooting experience preferred but is not a requirement.
