We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Process Engineer to join our team, bringing a strong focus on critical thinking, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will be a key contributor to optimizing our manufacturing processes and supporting production success.
Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret blueprints to efficiently plan and execute job operations
- Select appropriate tooling with a strategic focus on maximizing tool life and performance on high running jobs
- Create precise, efficient CNC programs using advanced CAD/CAM Software
- Provide troubleshooting support to resolve production issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Apply critical thinking and root‑cause analysis to improve machining processes and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with production and engineering teams to ensure quality and efficiency
- 5 years of experience in machining process development, project management and CNC programming
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and application of machine tool products, options and functions
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills, such as collaboration, listening, respect and work ethic
At Cox Manufacturing, we ensure our compensation is competitive by regularly assessing market data and establishing salary ranges accordingly. Your pay is determined based on your experience and the market data for this position. The salary for this role is based on experience and starts at $60,000.
