  • Support contingency and surge operations when required (non-clinical)

Manage Provider Networks

  • Oversee relationships with regional healthcare providers and partners

  • Partner with network and medical teams on audits, education, and performance improvement

Lead and Develop Teams

  • Directly manage regional operational leaders and teams
  • Support workforce planning, performance management, and professional development
  • Provide administrative support for medical staff in partnership with medical leadership

Drive Digital Improvement

  • Support automation, reporting, and analytics initiatives
  • Encourage adoption of new tools, including AI-enabled solutions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred in healthcare or related field)

  • Experience working with U.S. Government or Department of Defense contracts
  • Strong experience managing KPIs, performance metrics, and compliance
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems (CRM, SharePoint, etc.)
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain ADP II clearance
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%

Nice to Have
