Director of Professional Services

Overview

Role Overview: The Director of Professional Services leads the strategy, delivery, and growth of the Professional Services organization. This role is responsible for ensuring successful customer implementations, high-quality service delivery, team performance, and alignment with company revenue and customer success goals.

• Define and execute the Professional Services strategy aligned with company objectives
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, consultants, and implementation specialists
• Establish scalable processes, standards, and best practices for service delivery
• Own end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Monitor and improve utilization, margin, and overall profitability
• Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and forecasting
• Serve as an executive sponsor for key customer engagements
• Manage escalations and resolve complex issues

• 8+ years of experience in a Professional Services role
• 5+ years in a people management or leadership role
• Experience delivering complex projects
• Strong understanding of project management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
