Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a high-profile commercial project in San Antonio, TX. Project scopes range up to $3–$4 million, with an immediate assignment focused on a specialized performance/youth-oriented facility. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical construction projects from planning to turnover
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, materials, and manpower
• Coordinate with field leadership, design teams, subcontractors, and owners
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and related documentation
• Ensure project quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• Provide cost tracking, forecasting, and regular progress reporting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager (commercial construction)
• Experience managing projects up to $3M–$4M in electrical scope
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and documentation skills
• Ability to lead teams and communicate professionally with clients
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Local or willing to relocate to the San Antonio area
