We’re seeking an experienced Contents Lead to oversee contents operations, including scoping, estimating support, inventory, packing, cleaning, moving, and storage. This position requires familiarity with restoration industry standards, TPAs, and insurance programs.

This is a great opportunity for a contents or mitigation professional ready to step into a leadership role.

• Scope and assess contents losses; provide data to estimators for preliminary estimates.
• Communicate scope and value of contents work to adjusters and homeowners.
• Ensure compliance with TPA guidelines, SLAs, and program requirements.
• Lead team performing inventory, packing, moving, cleaning (including ultrasonics cleaning systems
  ) and storage.
• Use restoration software (Encircle, Contents Track, DASH) for documentation and tracking.
• Oversee contents process and provide improvements when necessary

• Previous experience in contents management, restoration, moving services, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in scoping, inventory, and documentation.
• Physically able to lift/move furniture and contents as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• IICRC Training & Designations a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration)

• Competitive pay (based on experience) Hourly pay: $20.00 to $28.00/hour based on experience and certifications
