Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations at our Seguin, TX location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and inventory control, yard management and shipping/receiving.

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management, including regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage layout and flow of material in the yard.
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as production, procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Certification in warehouse management or logistics.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
