Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage large‑scale commercial, multifamily, and hospitality construction projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading multiple projects simultaneously, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships, while ensuring exceptional quality and safety standards.

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction planning through closeout.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and challenges proactively.
• Mentor and guide project teams to maintain high performance and collaboration.

• 7+ years of project management experience in commercial, multifamily, or hospitality construction.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $10M+ preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control best practices.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
