Join Lens Crafters, a global leader in ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses, as an Assistant Manager.

As Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager, act as a business owner within the marketplace, and represent Lens Crafters as the premier destination for vision needs.

• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, conversion, traffic, profitability, customer growth, and retention.
• Translate retail business understanding into positive sales results and market insights.
• Support store business plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Partner with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and give timely feedback to the team.
• Execute visual directives and maintain store appearance.
• Build positive working relationships with doctors and maintain compliance with all policies.
• Perform administrative duties and work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies.
• Strong basic math skills and familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
• Excellent command of the English language for written and oral communication.
• Strong communicator, listener, and demonstrated selling skills.
• Proven ability to problem‑solve.

• College degree or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience in retail and customer service.
• Knowledge of basic optics and current store merchandise.
• State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO certification in non‑licensed states.
• Brand Final Inspector certification and Brand Quality, Fitting & Adjusting Program certification.
