Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is developing a team that is contingent upon award. The Project Manager (Senior) shall be responsible for the performance of the contracted scope of work. The Project Manager (Senior) shall act for ATS and shall be designated in writing to the contracting officer. The Project Manager (Senior) shall have full authority to act for ATS on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.

The Project Manager (Senior) shall be available between 0600 to 1600 Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

• Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification, or degree in Project Management from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance at proposal submission.
• Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor's proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program similar in size, scope, and complexity to this contract.
• Experience managing performance‑based projects and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations.
• Experience with Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) requirements, regulations, and processes within the IMCOM Area Of Responsibility (AOR).
• 7+ years experience.
