As Site Maintenance for Farmington Commons, you will be responsible for Site Maintenance included but are not limited to assisting with maintenance tasks for the Association as needed, employing knowledge and skills effectively and efficiently as well as learning new skills on the job, as required to complete maintenance tasks. Additional tasks may include performing facility inspections and formulating maintenance schedules and implementing cost‑saving measures and solutions to enhance the overall performance of Association infrastructure.
Many candidates joining our company have experienced previous success in areas such as property maintenance, and administrative or task/project management roles; they are able to work independently with some supervision and direction.

Responsibilities- Assist with maintenance tasks for the Association as needed.
- Utilize knowledge and skills effectively and efficiently to complete maintenance tasks.
- Learn new skills on the job, as required, to effectively perform maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager
- Formulate maintenance schedules based on inspection findings.
- Implement cost‑saving measures and solutions to improve the overall performance of Association infrastructure.

Eligibility Requirements- Education:
High school or equivalent - Experience:
At least 1 year property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, welding experience - License/Certification:
Driver's License - Equipment:
Reliable Truck;
Tools
- Property management/maintenance experience
- Professional experience in community management or maintenance
- Professional experience with vendor management
