Overview

As Site Maintenance for Farmington Commons, you will assist with maintenance tasks for the Association as needed, using knowledge and skills effectively and efficiently and learning new skills on the job to complete maintenance tasks. Additional tasks may include performing facility inspections, formulating maintenance schedules, and implementing cost-saving measures and solutions to enhance the overall performance of Association infrastructure.

Many candidates joining our company have experience in property maintenance and administrative or task/project management roles; they are able to work independently with some supervision and direction.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Assistance:
    Assist with maintenance tasks for the Association as needed.
  • Utilize knowledge and skills effectively and efficiently to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Learn new skills on the job, as required, to effectively perform maintenance tasks.
  • Facility Inspections:
    Collaborate with the Community Manager and formulate maintenance schedules based on inspection findings.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and solutions to improve the overall performance of Association infrastructure.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Education: High school or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 1 year property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, welding experience
  • License/Certification: Driver's License
  • Equipment: Reliable Truck;
    Tools
Qualified Candidates May Have Some Of The Following
  • Property management/maintenance experience
  • Professional experience in community management or maintenance
  • Professional experience with vendor management
