Hourly pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Lift and carry 30 lbs up stairs.
- Maintain grounds and pick up trash.
- Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
- Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs up stairs.
- Prior experience in groundskeeping and trash pickup.
- Ability to follow instructions from Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
- Bilingual (any language) a plus.
- Understanding of company policies.
