Janitor Job Description
Master Clean Services is hiring a Janitor for its San Antonio location. The role is part of the Facilities Management department and reports to a TBD manager. The position type can be Full‑time, Part‑time, or Contract, and the pay will be based on experience.
Base Pay Range$15.00/hr – $17.00/hr
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Janitor to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be a detailed janitorial cleaner with a passion for maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring all areas of the facility are kept clean, organized, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
- Restock supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap) to ensure availability.
- Report maintenance or repair needs promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a healthy environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
- Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies as needed.
