• Leading the operations team to ensure the success of processes within the warehouse.
• Generating performance indicators and reports that allow the monitoring of different activities, and guaranteeing that each of the shipping processes is executed with excellence.

Requirements:

• Be an Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of Business Administration, or a professional from related careers.
• Possess 5 years of experience developed in similar positions.
• Have experience in continuous improvement, logistics operations, supply chain, or distribution.
• Have bilingual or advanced English and Spanish language level, with technical negotiation capacity in both languages.
