Associate Attorney, Litigation

Overview

RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm who specializes in Civil Litigation Defense and are seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTE in Houston, Texas!

• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda; strong organizational skills and willingness to take on a heavy workload.
• Exposure to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in TEXAS (multiple-state admission is a big PLUS) and MUST reside in the Greater Houston area.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation.
• Superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels throughout the organization.
• Strong legal research skills; proficiency in Lexis Nexis is a plus.

• $80,000 - $90,000 base salary (DOE).
