Criminal Defense Attorney

Duties:

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, managing a caseload from start to finish.
• Develop and execute case strategies to ensure the most favorable outcomes for clients.
• Handle all aspects of criminal defense litigation, including pre-trial motions, hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and expert legal advice.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in criminal law and legal procedures to ensure compliance and effective representation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Texas criminal law is preferred.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated experience in criminal defense litigation, with the ability to handle complex cases.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
