Shape the Future of Trial Excellence
At Thomas J. Henry Law, we are building something exceptional: a premier litigation training academy that will define the next generation of trial excellence in the service of others. We are seeking talented litigation attorneys who share our belief that great, compassionate lawyers are made through intentional development, hands‑on coaching, and a culture of continuous learning.
As a Litigation Knowledge Management Attorney, you will play a critical role in this mission by enhancing the firm’s knowledge management capabilities at every stage of litigation while empowering attorneys to deliver the best possible results for our clients. If you have a passion for technology, organization, and knowledge‑sharing with significant litigation experience, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the future of our firm and our clients in need.
WhatYou Will Do Build & Innovate
Working together with our Chief Learning Officer, you will design, implement, and maintain knowledge management strategies and systems to support litigation. You will identify, deploy, and optimize technology, including artificial intelligence‑based solutions, document automation, and data analytics to assess training needs and the effectiveness of training programs. You will recommend content and processes for improvements on training to stay ahead of the curve.
You will leverage cutting‑edge resources and ensure our training materials reflect both best practices and emerging trends.
You will partner with Attorney Managers to assess knowledge gaps and drive communication and training on available resources that foster trial readiness goals and client service objectives. Critical to your role will be curating knowledge and best practices from attorneys to add to existing knowledge base content. In close collaboration with other members of our Mentorship and Professional Development department, you will serve as a bridge, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer across the organization.
DriveExcellence
To meet the demands of litigation’s evolving landscape, you will regularly review internal and publicly available materials (including market data) to identify market trends and best practices. Armed with this knowledge, you will create, maintain, and promote the use of model documents, precedent, guidance, and resource materials to meet litigation needs, including jurisdiction‑specific templates for court filings. Your insights will directly shape how we develop attorney talent across the firm.
Train& Coach
You will participate in onboarding attorneys at all levels, from law school interns and graduates learning the fundamentals to seasoned attorneys refining their craft. You will identify knowledge gaps and training needs, as well as aid in delivering hands‑on instruction that transforms legal knowledge into courtroom confidence.
