Legal Pre-litigation Case Manager - Monthly Bonuses!

Applicants MUST have a minimum of one year experience in a personal injury pre-litigation role to be considered.

We have an immediate opening for PRE-LITIGATION CASE MANAGERS to join our fast-paced team. This position plays a critical role in the firm’s success, and the right fit to join our team is an energetic, reliable team player who is extremely detail oriented, organized, and has a real passion for personal injury law.

• Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
• Draft and send welcome letters.
• Set up claims for third party liability and first party PIP/UIM/UIM.
• Draft and send letters of representation.
• Follow up on liability status on a daily basis.
• Monitor medical treatment.
• Take calls for questions and concerns on treatment/case status updates.
• Input medical providers to tabs.
• Verify balances.
• Draft and send demands.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, and other related matters.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Filevine Case Management system preferred.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

• Experience in plaintiff personal injury or related field required.
• Experience in automobile insurance or related field preferred.

Salary: Salary Commensurate with experience. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certification.
