We’re partnered with a respected and growing Texas-based law firm seeking an Immigration Attorney to join their San Antonio office
.
This well-established multi-practice firm has built its reputation over the past decade on successful advocacy, courtroom capability, and client-focused immigration representation. As their practice expands, they are looking for an attorney who is ready to handle meaningful casework, appear in court, and grow a long-term career within a supportive environment.
What You’ll Need:- Minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience
- Experience appearing in EOIR proceedings or USCIS matters (including family-based filings and removal defense)
- JD and an active U.S. bar license
- Court experience is required!
- Litigation advocacy or trial-style experience
- Experience working alongside paralegals or case staff
