Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Madison, WI (relocation assistance provided. Must relocate).

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support our growth as we expand into new global markets. Your focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on potential risk areas such as regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You will help handle and win multi‑million‑dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

You’ll also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• Manage complex litigation across regulatory, competition, healthcare and other risk areas.
• Submit motions, briefs, take depositions, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
• Provide proactive counseling to minimize risk.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international legal frameworks.

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Experience with competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
