SALARY: $120,000 – $160,000 base

BONUS:

• Teach & Coach — Deliver dynamic, practical training that brings litigation skills to life for new associates and seasoned attorneys, covering client intake, trial strategy, deposition techniques, motion practice, and mediation tactics with real-world application.
• Build & Innovate — Help design and evolve the training curriculum, incorporate innovative teaching methods, leverage cutting-edge resources, and ensure materials reflect best practices and emerging trends.
• Collaborate & Connect — Partner with Attorney Managers to align training with trial readiness and client service objectives; support an integrated mentorship program and knowledge transfer across the organization.
• Drive Excellence — Assess learning needs, track attorney progress, provide feedback, and foster a culture of questions, growth, and client-focused outcomes.

• The Credentials
  • JD and active Texas Bar license
  • 5+ years of litigation experience with demonstrated trial and deposition work (personal injury experience valued)
  • Proven track record of courtroom success and sophisticated legal work

• Salary Range (Texas market): $120,000 – $160,000 base
• Performance-based discretionary bonuses
