Plaintiffs Construction Defect Attorney

Wilson Reeder & Zudar, P.A. is seeking attorney with 2 to 5 years of litigation experience to join our Texas Litigation Department. This is a full-time position supporting our Construction Defect Practice Group. Attorneys in these positions are responsible for a high volume of matters and must be confident in their autonomy. Many of the cases proceed in arbitration rather than in circuit court, so the positions require individuals who are self-motivated and stay focused while working remotely.

This position could either be remote or a hybrid situation depending on the candidate's location. We are open to discussing this position with anyone in or around San Antonio or Austin.

Our ideal candidate will have very strong legal research and writing skills and will have conducted discovery, drafted motions, argued motions in court, have deposition experience, and some trial experience. Experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of insurance claims, construction and design defect claims, and related matters is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills required.

We are seeking highly motivated attorneys, who are eager to learn and gain valuable experience. To be considered, candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Texas Bar.
