Overview

Attorney. We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join a well-established boutique firm comprised of 4 attorneys and 4 paralegals. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to grow alongside a collaborative and supportive team. You will work directly with senior attorneys on first- and third-party litigation matters, gaining exposure to all phases of litigation from case strategy through resolution.

• Handle first- and third-party litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct and defend depositions with confidence
• Perform legal research and strong analytical writing
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals on case strategy
• Appear in court and actively participate in litigation proceedings

• 2-6 years of litigation experience
• Demonstrated experience with first- and third-party litigation
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Extensive deposition experience (taking and defending)
• Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively
• Spanish-speaking is a strong plus
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
