Our staffing firm is partnering with a growing, mission-driven immigration law firm to identify an experienced Bilingual Immigration Paralegal. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality legal work and is passionate about helping individuals and businesses navigate the immigration process.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and prepare immigration petitions, filings, and client correspondence
- Manage case files and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records
- Conduct legal research to support case strategy and filings
- Communicate with clients to gather documentation, provide updates, and answer case-related questions
- Coordinate with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently
- Support attorneys in hearings, meetings, and overall case preparation
- 2+ years of Paralegal experience (immigration law experience strongly preferred)
- Experience with employment-based immigration, including:
- H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, O-1 visas
- Employment-based green cards (PERM Labor Certification, I-140)
- Business immigration petitions and renewals
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
