Law Clerk – Holliday Energy Law Group, San Antonio, TX, USA. Opportunity for either part-time or full-time based on availability. Holliday Energy Law Group is looking for candidates to join our growing team, primarily to assist in reviewing Oil and Gas Title Opinions, drafting Caselaw Briefs, and in support of our Energy Focused Regulatory, Deal-Side/Transactional, and Litigation efforts. Candidates must be rising second or third year students, either part- or full-time.

Although experience is not required, ideal candidates have taken courses in Oil and Gas Law, Community Property, and Texas Land Titles. Direct experience as a landman or with oil and gas titles is preferred.

• Primarily, assist our team of attorneys in delivering legal advice on oil and gas title, operational, and regulatory issues that arise in exploration and production activities; prepare title opinions and legal memoranda.
• Perform legal research, and draft oil and gas caselaw briefs for our Case Law Update, published annually.

• Must be a rising second or third-year student, part-time or full-time.
• Nice to have 2 to 5 years of oil and gas title, transactional, litigation or regulatory experience, which will be compensated accordingly.
