Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role located in the San Antonio Area. As a Senior Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of client accounts by managing their insurance programs and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, supporting risk management efforts, assisting in policy renewals, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients and carriers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs while exceeding service expectations.
Qualifications- Solid experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer service
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance policies, risk management, and underwriting principles
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in industry-specific tools and software used in insurance brokerage operations
- Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and adapt to both in-office and remote scenarios
- Professional insurance designations such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM are a plus
