Data Science Manager, Data Analyst
Akkodis is seeking an Associate Product Manager for a Contract with a client in San Antonio, TX / Plano, TX. You will lead data and model management while orchestrating agile development and cross‑functional execution to deliver safe, scalable, and user‑centric AI solutions.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $60/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Responsibilities Include
- Identify high‑impact AI/LLM use cases through market research, feasibility assessment, and strategic discovery.
- Define data requirements, ensure data quality standards, and oversee model training cycles to balance accuracy with performance.
- Lead AI product development by setting model‑specific KPIs (precision, recall), managing the product backlog, and driving agile ceremonies.
- Design user experiences that present probabilistic AI outputs clearly and implement feedback loops to improve model performance.
- Ensure AI ethics, safety, and regulatory compliance by identifying risks and establishing strong governance guardrails.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate product value to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience in AI/ML or LLM‑driven products.
- Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end AI product lifecycle—from discovery to deployment—aligned with client expectations.
- Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills to partner effectively with engineering, data science, and business teams.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour
