Job Description:

• Provides subject matter proficiency for work described in the task.
• Responsible for providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements.
• Typical duties include analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, developing procedures, developing functional architectures, and other related management and technical duties.
• Requires expertise in the specialty area.

• Bachelor s degree in related field required.
• 10 years of experience in the functional area. A Master s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Ten (10) years of combined experience in each of the following for relational and cloud-based databases:
  • a. Database development and software engineering/development.
  • b. Database Design and Data Modeling.
  • c. Requirements analysis/generation.
  • d. Developing systems and software architectures.
• Must have 5 years of experience working with Enterprise DB.
• 7 years of experience with Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining automated installation scripts.
• Demonstrated experience developing database solutions in a multi-tiered environment.
