Must have
- High School diploma with 6-9 years of experience in ITSM
- Minimum 1 year of direct support for an ITSM solution, such as Service Now
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility on day one
- Current Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Current IAT Level II certification
- Extensive experience with Service Now platform preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with ITIL process framework, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Level Management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven success in stakeholder coordination and collaboration
- Oversee and ensure efficient functioning of computer systems both in networked and standalone formats
- Maintain system integrity and implement necessary upgrades to systems and/or servers
- Develop and document new methodologies to enhance network/system operations
- Engage with support teams, help desks, customers, and technical staff to resolve issues
- Coordinate and execute maintenance activities for networks/servers, focusing on identifying and mitigating recurring problems
- Prepare for transitioning developmental or production environments to new technologies
- Utilize system software to monitor and enhance performance of system files
- Manage system data to ensure efficient performance and assess system requirements for optimal server installation
- Evaluate business processes within the AFSCI Enterprise ITSM framework
- Address customer requirements and challenges to develop Service Now solution designs
- Implement, configure, and optimize Service Now solutions and automate workflows
- Integrate Service Now with third-party applications
- Conduct acceptance testing and facilitate knowledge transfer to customers and stakeholders
- Monitor system performance and engage in performance tuning
- Review test plans to ensure they meet contractual obligations
