Location: San Antonio, TX
Position SummaryThe IT Technical Consultant provides senior‑level implementation, troubleshooting, and operational support for M365 and Power Platform solutions. This role bridges architecture and engineering to ensure high‑quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Implement M365 configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Build and support Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- Execute architecture‑defined technical implementation tasks.
- Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and optimization of solutions.
- Develop Power Shell scripts and automation routines.
- Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum 8 years of technical IT experience.
- Industry‑recognized commercial certifications relevant to the role (e.g., Microsoft 365 Administrator, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Azure Administrator).
- Experience delivering technical implementations and solutions in enterprise environments.
- Hands‑on experience configuring M365 services.
- Power Platform workflow and app development experience.
- SharePoint Online and Azure AD operations experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills.
