Position: Tier 1 / Help Desk Task Lead (ARNORTH)

Position Summary:

The Tier 1 Task Lead provides senior leadership and technical direction for the Service Desk/Help Desk supporting approximately 900 users and 1,200 endpoints across NIPRNET environments.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Tier 1 Help Desk personnel in multi-shift operations
  • Oversee incident response, troubleshooting, and escalation
  • Ensure performance metrics and service level requirements are met
  • Provide senior-level technical guidance and system configuration oversight
Qualifications
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (Security+ or equivalent)
  • Minimum 10 years IT customer support experience
  • Minimum 6 years supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, Active Directory, SaaS tools
  • * Position contingent on contract win.
