**** JOB SUMMARY
** The Business Analyst serves as a strategic partner, connecting business objectives with technology solutions across the banking and financial services sector. This role is instrumental in advancing digital asset initiatives including, but not limited to, tokenized deposits, stable coins, embedded finance, data analytics, and AI-powered solutions. The Business Analyst works collaboratively within agile product teams to review and refine business requirements, prioritize feature delivery, and ensure alignment with product vision and regulatory standards.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES

** Engages with business units to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for a broad range of digital asset and financial technology solutions, including data analytics, AI initiatives, and emerging banking products.
* Reviews and clarifies business requirements and feature requests, translating them into actionable user stories and functional specifications for development teams.
* Prioritizes and organizes product backlogs, facilitates feature planning and sprint readiness in close coordination with different stakeholders, lines of business and technical teams.
* Understands and has a high-level understanding of technical product capabilities, including analytics visualization tools, data engineering tools, and AI toolsets to ensure proper translation of business needs to technical requirements.
* Refines requirements through iterative feedback, ensuring clarity and feasibility for technical teams while maintaining alignment with the product roadmap and organizational goals.
* Leads and facilitates agile ceremonies, such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, applying agile best practices to optimize team performance and delivery outcomes.
* Collaborates on user acceptance testing, training, and change management to support seamless adoption of new digital solutions.
* Leverages AI-assisted tools and analytics platforms to enhance requirements gathering, documentation efficiency, and decision-making processes.
* Monitors project progress, track key metrics, and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, banking regulations, and financial technology innovations to inform product strategy and compliance.

** QUALIFICATIONS

* Proficiency in data analytics concepts, AI applications, and digital asset technologies relevant to banking and financial services.
* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
* Experience with agile project delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure Dev Ops) and AI-powered productivity solutions.
