Shipping and Receiving Clerk

• Responsible for all aspects of data entry, maintenance, dissemination, research.
• Work with cross functional team to ensure order drop timeliness
• Understand Order process and track orders from drop to shipment
• Ability to understand issues, determine appropriate course of action to correct, work as appropriate to correct issue
• Understand inputs / outputs, impact solution and process flow to enable best and most efficient data management / ensure data integrity
• Data must be accurate and all updates made in a timely fashion
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.
• Maintains historical records by documenting system changes and revisions.
