OSINT Intelligence Analyst

** CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TOP-SECRET SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE WITH THE DOD TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE!!**

9-month contract to permanent

$25-30/hour (depending on experience)

• Active DoD Top-Secret SCI clearance (TS/SCI)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience supporting open-source intelligence analysis

• Provide technical and analytical Acquisition Intelligence support in accordance with annual Intelligence Support Taskings from internal and external PEO customers.
• Conduct OSINT and acquisition intelligence analysis to assess advanced threats, emerging technologies, industry trends, and security impacts on acquisition programs.
• Support intelligence‑sensitive program development by identifying intelligence, ISR, and threat dependencies affecting system design, architecture, performance, and lifecycle risk.
• Assist Program Managers (PMs) and systems engineers in identifying sensitive sub‑components and architecture areas vulnerable to evolving threat capabilities.
• Support Agile Defense Acquisition System (DAS) initiatives to address rapidly changing threats, technology evolution, and capability development.
• Ensure acquisition and threat intelligence requirements are integrated into key program artifacts, including: VOLT/VOLTS (including CIPs), System Threat Analysis Reports (STAR), Threat and Intelligence Summaries, Intelligence Mission Data (IMD/LMDPs), Technical Threat and Risk Assessments (TTRAs), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), Capability Development Document (CDD), Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), Program Protection Plan (PPP)
• Review, tailor, and analyze Threat Assessments, ISR dependencies, cross‑program analyses, Adversary Cyber Threat Assessments (ACTA), Information Support Plans (ISP), and intelligence supportability products.
• Identify PEO programs with Intelligence and ISR sensitivity and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Produce clear, actionable intelligence products and briefings for acquisition stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Pay Day: Payroll is processed every Friday and paid one week in arrears.
• Holidays: Consultants will receive 7 paid holidays over the course of their contract.
