Source Intelligence Analyst – Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX

Cyntel Technologies is seeking an All Source Intelligence Analyst for an opportunity at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX.

As an Intelligence Analyst supporting the AFCYBER Operations Directorate (A3), you will monitor and analyze the readiness of assigned cyber forces. This role emphasizes strategic and operational-level intelligence support, trend identification, and readiness planning to support force deployment and mission execution under USCYBERCOM and Air Force directives.

• Review and analyze readiness trends and intelligence implications on AFCYBER force capability and deployment posture.
• Work alongside the Readiness Branch to identify readiness shortfalls, recommend solutions, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with HQ AF, USCYBERCOM, MAJCOMs, and CO-IPEs to align operational readiness efforts.
• Analyze intelligence factors affecting AFCYBER force posture and provide briefings and reports to senior leadership.
• Prepare strategic-level readiness documentation, including policy reports and executive briefings.
• Provide intelligence-informed inputs to support MET alignment and operational capability assessments.
• Maintain working relationships with other intelligence and readiness stakeholders and participate in cross-agency readiness planning efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, or a related field – or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in intelligence analysis supporting DoD or national-level commands.
• Proficiency with readiness and reporting systems such as JCC2-R and DRRS.
• Demonstrated understanding of force readiness concepts and intelligence support to operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing senior-level briefings.
• Familiarity with military readiness systems and terminology (e.g., DOC Statements, METs, OPLANs).
