Hiring: IT Project Manager – San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)
We’re partnering with a growing San Antonio tech firm to find an IT Project Manager who can own end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems, networking, and infrastructure projects. This is a client-facing, professional services role—you’ll manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders while helping shape PMO processes.

- Direct Hire
- Full-Time | $90K–$115K + Bonus
- 3 days onsite / 2 WFH
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of technical implementation projects
- Coordinate engineers, architects, and client teams
- Drive PMO governance, milestone billing, and SOW adherence
- Track budgets, risks, and customer satisfaction
- Use tools like Smartsheet, Connect Wise, MS365
- 3–5+ years IT Project Management (MSP/professional services preferred)
- Experience with systems, networking, or infrastructure projects
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Team-player, coachable, and culturally aligned
- Direct influence on PMO processes and delivery evolution
- Hybrid flexibility + occasional local client visits
