Product Operations Coordinator

Secure Salt is building a new kind of platform at the intersection of security, commerce, and communication. As we prepare to launch and scale, we’re looking for an early-career team member who can help keep the feedback loop between customers and product engineering fast, clear, and actionable.

This is an early-career role for someone who cares deeply about customers, pays attention to detail, and wants to help shape how a product evolves. You’ll start by supporting customers directly and quickly grow into helping us systematize how we capture insights, measure experience, and turn feedback into product decisions.

No deep technical background is required — curiosity, initiative, and accountability matter more. You’ll be mentored by product and engineering leaders and gain real exposure to how modern products are built and scaled.

• Support customers and help triage issues and questions
• Capture and organize feedback from conversations, tickets, and product signals
• Translate customer insights into clear, structured inputs for product and engineering teams
• Help build lightweight processes and automation around support and feedback workflows
• Track patterns in product quality, user experience, and satisfaction over time

• Experience in any customer-facing role (support, service, retail, operations, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with empathy and follow-through
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by outcomes
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving startup environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

You’ll be joining at the ground floor as we build an AI-driven product and customer experience system from day one. This role gives you a front-row seat — and a hands-on role — in shaping how automation, telemetry, and real customer signals turn into product decisions.
