Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day technical operations of marketing platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Hub Spot, Hootsuite, Manychat, and analytics systems.
  • Configure, maintain, and integrate data between CRM, automation, advertising, and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure accurate tracking through tag management, event configuration, and cross-channel attribution models.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to maintain system security and reliability.
  • Manage, update, and optimize the firm's website and landing pages to maximize performance, SEO, and conversions.
  • Maintain functionality of content management systems (e.g., Word Press, Webflow, Wix, or equivalent).
  • Implement tracking codes, conversion pixels, and form integrations between the website, CRM, and ad platforms.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues, plugin conflicts, and basic code errors (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP preferred).
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing marketing platforms and digital systems in a technology‑enabled marketing environment.
  • Proficient in Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4, and Many Chat.
  • Proven experience maintaining and updating websites (front‑end and back‑end).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (PHP or Python a plus).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Word Press, Webflow, or Squarespace, and understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo).
  • Data‑driven mindset with ability to visualize, interpret, and communicate performance metrics clearly.
Preferred
  • Certifications in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Hub Spot.
  • Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, or ETL workflows.
  • Exposure to UX/UI optimization practices and accessibility standards.
  • Project experience implementing website redesigns or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python for data automation
