AboutThe Role
As a strategic advisor, trusted Growth Coach, and influential voice in your sector, you will serve as a valued partner to clients—guiding their most critical growth decisions and shaping long‑term strategies. In this leadership role you don’t just advise—you inspire. You are an active contributor to industry discourse through social media, press engagements, client round tables, and key events. Internally, you lead with insight;
externally, you lead with influence—building Frost & Sullivan’s brand and presence across your sector. Clients see you as an extension of their strategy team: someone who understands their challenges, anticipates opportunities, and brings bold, data‑backed thinking to the table.
- Research & Analysis – The highly skilled at primary and secondary research, using multiple complex sources and tools, and leveraging extensive networks of industry contacts. The efficient at market segmentations, forecasts, and detailed market analysis, and can identify and analyze areas of industry convergence, as well as growth opportunities across markets within multiple industries.
- Content Creation – Delivers high‑quality, high‑impact GOA deliverables, both independently and by collaborating with team members. Provides thought‑leading content to feed into the Practice Area’s GOA offering and Best Practices Award program. Focuses on identification and analysis of market growth opportunities, production of Frost Radars and Companies 2 Action, and contributes to the content of GOA subscriptions as a market expert, supporting Program Area Managers in strategic planning.
- Client Interactivity and Growth Coaching – With strong strategy skills and extensive market expertise, the as a Growth Coach to clients, acting as a trusted growth partner and supporting clients’ decision making. The Growth Pipeline Dialogues with clients.
- Thought Leadership and Visibility – The a visible presence on social media to showcase market expertise. Leads growth opportunity presentations across industries, delivers Analyst Briefings, gives press interviews, presents at conferences/seminars, and produces GOA material for Think Tank sessions. The a thought leader in specific market areas and is comfortable presenting high‑impact growth opportunities to senior‑level audiences, as well as facilitating and moderating strategic discussion sessions.
- Analyst Management – Supports Program and Practice Area Leaders by coaching and mentoring junior analysts, contributing to the development of market expertise among team members, and may take direct line management responsibility for 1–2 analysts to expand GOA output.
- IP Development – Generates and contributes new ideas for GOA topics, products, and services in the focus area, identifying and justifying new market areas to develop and integrate into the Practice Area vision and strategy.
