Under general supervision, the IT Project Manager-Intermediate for the Technology Infrastructure ASaP team is responsible for leading, planning, implementing, and coordinating moderately complex IT projects. This role supports the Architect Solution and Partnership (ASaP) team by tracking, coordinating, and facilitating the execution of internal IT projects and initiatives. The project manager ensures that solutions designed by the ASaP team—in collaboration with IT Partners and Orchestrators—are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with institutional priorities.
Acts as the central communication point for internal projects, maintaining schedules, dependencies, risks, and progress reporting, while escalating complex issues to IT leadership.
The position is hybrid with occasional onsite visits. Candidates local to San Antonio are preferred.
