Technical Skills- Experience migrating large UI estates (200 screens) with regression risk management
- Frontend:
Angular (v14) Maori—major version upgrades, Micro Frontend architectures, monorepo management; deep knowledge of Angular CLI, schematics, codemods, RxJS, Ng Rx - Backend:
Java Spring – 10 years of enterprise application experience; hands‑on expertise with Spring Boot 2.x‑3.x upgrades, Jakarta EE migration, Hibernate 5/6 (SQL & ORM impact analysis); strong REST API design; database‑heavy applications (Oracle, stored procedures) - Cloud & Dev Ops: containerized deployment with Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift; AWS ECS Fargate (preferred); CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Git Lab); environment promotion strategies (Dev, UAT)
- Testing & Quality: test strategy for upgrades – unit, integration, regression, NFT;
Playwright (UI testing);
Karate (API testing);
Sonar issues; security vulnerabilities post‑upgrade - Security & Identity: PII, OAuth2/OIDC/JWT, Azure AD authentication
- Architecture & Design Leadership: assess upgrade impacts, define technical guardrails, make pragmatic decisions, mitigate risks early, document high‑level architecture and deployment models
- Customer Leadership: stakeholder interaction, engage with customer architects, leads, and managers; explain upgrade risks, trade‑offs, effort drivers; host pattern decisions (ECS vs S3)
- Delivery Leadership: guide multiple teams (UI, API, QA, Dev Ops) in parallel; review code and enforce standards; unblock teams; support estimation, planning, phased execution; collaborate with Scrum Master/PM on dependencies and risks
- Nice‑to‑Have Differentiators:
Oracle Forms → Angular modernization, insurance or regulated enterprise environments; familiarity with TCS accelerators (Code Plus, APPEN, etc.) ; AWS Solution Architect or equivalent certification; GRC PTO review experience - Overall
Experience:
12–16 years senior lead background; 4–6 years as Tech Lead/Solution Lead; onshore or strong customer‑facing offshore lead
