Job Title: PMO Project Manager with S/4 HANA Implementation experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with strong business acumen and prior SAP S/4 implementation experience to join our IT PMO team. The Project Manager will oversee and deliver the project implementation from initiation to completion, ensuring it is executed on time, within scope, and meets quality standards set by our organization and clients.

The role requires strong project management and communication skills in a PMO implementation environment, critical thinking, flexibility, and the ability to negotiate with challenging stakeholders. The Project Manager will act as the central point of communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and the PMO, ensuring efficient execution and that business goals are met.

In addition, the Project Manager will lead the BAs and collaborate with them to generate PMO deliverables, stage gates, checklists, and other BA deliverables, providing feedback as necessary.

  • Lead the project team (internal and vendor) to achieve project value and transformation objectives.
  • Manage C‑Suite stakeholders to build engagement and present executive briefings as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and business analysts to conduct workshops, gather requirements, define scope, and align goals with business needs.
  • Own the master project schedule, ensuring all activities and dependencies are identified, tracked, and completed on time.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Business, IT, Business Analysts, Technical, SAP consultants, cantar, change management, and vendors) for seamless execution.
  • Manage client relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple work streams, ensuring alignment with strategic business and IT goals.
  • PMO Process
    —Ensure PMO artifacts and documentation are generated through all phases, either internally or by Piscine.
  • Ensure contractual obligations, project milestones, and deliverables are documented and completed.
  • Establish and enforce PMO governance frameworks for the S/4

    HANA implementation.
  • Maintain project decision logs, meeting notes, and related documentation.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables, and resource augmentation.
  • Identify, document, and monitor scope/​budget changes and oversee the change control process.
  • Continuously monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with status updates and issue resolution.
  • Present status reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey current project status and roadmap.
  • Address issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
  • Identify potential risks and critical path blockers; bring stakeholders together to resolve and escalated when necessary.
  • Conduct post‑implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement.
  • Technical
    —Identify technical dependencies for the SAP implementation, present mitigation alternatives, and negotiate solutions.

    • Qualifications:

    • Experience as a Project Manager within a PMO function managing large‑scale ERP transformations.
    • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects within a PMO framework, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
    • Hands‑on experience producing and maintaining PMO artifacts (meeting notes, charters, RAID logs, etc.).
    • Experience managing at least one large SAP implementation (S/4 Migration preferred).
    • Strong critical‑thinking skills to identify priorities, risks união pro sedge.
    • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is a plus.
    • Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies isarshal a must.
