Job Description: JBW Federal is seeking an IO-Intel Cyber Instructor/Developer with cyber-related knowledge and qualifications to support the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) at Joint Base San Antonio, TX.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leverage knowledge of military planning and assessment at tactical, operational, and strategic levels to support deception activities and MISO plans.
• Support the government and 39 IOS in training and mission support tasks.
• Understand the 39 IOS mission, cyber training ranges, and weapon systems.
• Develop, research, analyze, and evaluate curricula in both unclassified and classified environments.
• Plan and analyze joint and service-specific training documents and operations related to IW.
• Design and update SAP/SAR material for curriculum integration.
• Analyze TTPs, threats, and operations in the Information Environment to keep training current.
• Review feedback and participate in exercises to update training systems.
• Collaborate with SMEs to incorporate new material into curricula.
• Utilize ADDIE and other models for course development and updates.
• Perform tasks related to training needs analysis, curriculum quality assurance, and student assessments.
• Operate LMS systems for test administration and question management.
• Develop e-learning products and virtual environments for training.
• Manage records, provide counseling, and translate complex concepts for students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Social Science or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of cyber-related experience
• Experience with deception activities and MISO planning
• Field experience in Public Affairs and Strategic Communications
• 400+ instructor hours or CCAF ISO Certification
• Ability to travel; must have or obtain a current passport
• Clearance:
  Top Secret/SCI
