MS Power Platform Engineer - San Antonio, TX

CNF is looking for a motivated and technically proficient Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, maintain, and support our enterprise Microsoft M365/O365 application and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role will focus on building and enhancing secure Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams capabilities to improve operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision‑making. The ideal candidate will work closely with CNF overseers, key sponsors, and key stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Develop and maintain Power Platform functions that meet business requirements.
• Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Leverage Power Automate, AI Builder and Copilot Studio capabilities to automate complex workflows that enhance business processes.
• Assist in managing Power Platform environments, solutions, and data policies.
• Build and maintain Power Platform code management using VS Code, Power Platform CLI, and Git for version control.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.
• Build documentation, training materials, and user guides for end‑users and citizen developers.
• Maintain currency with Power Platform updates and contribute to continuous improvement of deployed application and automation solutions.
• Ensure Power Platform solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Hands‑on experience with AI Builder and Copilot for creating intelligent apps and workflows, leveraging AI models for document processing, prediction, and natural language capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Power Platform architecture, environment strategy, and integration capabilities across Dataverse and Azure services.
• Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and deployment pipelines within Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, with experience integrating Power Platform solutions into enterprise systems and Azure services.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Change management mindset that drives adoption of governance and compliance requirements and best practices.

• Exposure to Power Pages and Microsoft Fabric.
• Exposure to Power Shell, Azure CLI, Git, and VS Code.
• Experience with AI Builder and Copilot Studio features in Power Platform.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL‑900 Fundamentals, PL‑200 Functional Consultant, PL‑400 Developer Associate, or PL‑600 Solution Architect Expert are highly desirable.
