Accenture Federal Services is seeking a System Administrator. This is a remote role, however, the administrator must be located near San Antonio, TX or Arlington, VA, and be willing to go onsite occasionally for meetings.
The Work- Operate and maintain AFS Enterprise Applications with high availability and performance in a secured manner and is expected to provide predictable quality service in a timely fashion.
- Application deployment and upgrade/patching activities that usually include proper planning, design, build, and test activities.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting and resolving systems issues independently or collaboratively with internal/external teams.
- Provide evidence to support auditing activities.
- Update existing or create new processes and procedures for improved quality and efficiency, reduced cost, and improved security.
- Patch Windows operating systems.
- A minimum of 5 years of IT experience
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable and recent experience in operating at least one of these applications:
- IBM TM1/Plan & Analytics
- Deltek BI/CER
- Deltek Costpoint
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable and recent experience of System Administrator of an on‑premise applications. Some examples include, but not limited to, Costpoint System Administrator, IBM TM1/Plan & Analytics System Administrator, or Deltek BI/CER System Administrator.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in deploying on-premises applications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Proven experience in technical writing and coaching capability
- Proven ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations
- US Citizen
- Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills
- Working experience in Power Shell
- Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM frameworks
- Agile/Scrum certifications
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing
- Ability to function in a fast‑paced high demand environment
- Ability to learn new skills and research issues on their own when needed
- Ability to work in a team of highly skilled technical resources
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and provide sound solution
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships with fellow team members

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
