• Proficient with Oracle Identity Management Suite (10g and preferably 11g R+)
• Experience with a complete OIM implementation cycle, including installation and configuration
• Integration experience of OIM with source systems such as HR systems, Databases, Custom stores
• Integration experience with target systems such as Databases, LDAP, Legacy systems
• Strong understanding of workflows, OIM objects, and customization of user/admin screens
