• Extract, validate, and cleanse data using advanced coding techniques.
• Design and apply analytical and statistical methods/models to understand customer behaviors using customer data and primary quantitative research data.
• Use coding techniques (predominately R, SQL, and Python) to mine, validate, clean, aggregate and analyze large data sets from customer data and primary quantitative and qualitative research.
• Assist in visualization of data and analysis.
• Apply foundational analytical skills to analyze large amounts of data to find behavior patterns and solutions.

• Related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
• 0+ years of experience in statistics and research.
• Experience working with R (posit), Python, SQL or other statistical software.
• Experience running Scantron software/hardware and digital scanners.
• General knowledge of quantitative research, experimental design, analytics, and statistics.
• Basic knowledge of R (posit), SQL and Python.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning and AI techniques.
• Basic understanding of big data environments.
• Project management and time-management skills.
• Verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Computer skills, including use of PCs, MS Office, internet, and e‑mail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects/tasks; attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships as part of a team.
• Function in a fast‑paced, retail office environment.
• Travel by car or plane with overnight stays.
• Work extended hours; sit for extended periods.
