Computer Operator; ATM

Responsibilities

Entry-level Computer Operator - ATM working onsite in San Antonio, TX. Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm. The group operates a 24/7/365 schedule and occasional reschedule may occur.

• Mainframe activities: installing and configuring system software.
• Designing and coding new applications to run on the mainframe.
• Introduction and management of new workloads on the system (e.g., batch jobs and online transaction processing).

• IT background in Mainframe Operations preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Works well with others.
• Great attitude.
• Great communication.
• Follows directions.
• Be attentive to escalating issues after hours to appropriate support teams (time is of the essence).
• Take ownership/responsibility of actions.
• Ability to learn and retain what they have learned.
