Position: Lead Cyber Security Analyst

Organization: Community First Health Plans

Location: On-site, will convert to hybrid after contract period

Duration: 3‑month contract to Perm/FTE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CASP+, CRISC, CISA
• 5+ years of progressive experience in cyber security and risk management
• Strong understanding of federal/state regulations and compliance mandates (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC)
• Hands‑on experience with MITRE ATT&CK for threat detection, threat hunting, and/or incident response.
• Familiarity with enterprise logging technologies such as Splunk.
• Proven experience in Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery planning/testing.

Minimum 5 years working with:

• Network Security: IDS/IPS, NGFW, NGAV
• Security Tools: EDR/XDR, SIEMs, DLP, Vulnerability Scanning and Assessment tools.

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Security Lead Analyst to help safeguard sensitive healthcare data and maintain robust security standards. This role requires a deep understanding of information security protocols and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. You will lead initiatives to strengthen cybersecurity posture, ensure compliance, and drive risk management strategies.

• Develop, implement, and manage security solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Champion security awareness and influence compliance across the organization.
• Provide solutions for business‑specific security issues.
• Oversee identity access management and conduct quarterly audits.
• Own and manage disaster recovery plans; coordinate business continuity planning with compliance and risk teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for federal and state information security regulations and standards.
